Design Terms
All quotes include the first draft delivery and then two (2) rounds of major edits to the website. Any additional changes required past this point will result in the hourly rate being charged and added to the final invoice.
We aim to complete projects within a 6 week period. Unforeseen circumstances may delay this period of time, so we allow a fair notice period of 3 months before the hourly rate will then apply to any further work carried out on the project.
The client will always be notified prior to additional hours being charged.
Payment Terms
Deposit of 50% is due as a deposit prior to commencement of project, & balance payment is due at the first round of edits. Any additional charges are due prior to the website going live. Payment is due seven (7) days from the date of your invoice.
A late payment fee of $25 will be charged for any invoices which become more than twenty-one (21) days overdue. This late payment fee will continue to be added to your invoice every thirty (30) days until payment is received.
Failure to pay your invoice within sixty (60) days will result in loss of services, and/or the closing down of your website until payment has been received.
Website will not be handed over to the client until final payment has been received by The Buzz Writer.
