No, you are not locked into any contract with The Buzz Writer.
The only annual fee applicable is for web hosting and domain hosting, either with us or your own hosting service.
You mentioned updates at an hourly rate, what kind of updates would be required and how often does this usually need to be done?
Our hourly rate is charged only if you need our services past the website launch (or go live date).
This includes updates to the website past the initial design quote, adding pages, or more content to the website.
Updates are only actioned at the request of the client.
Do you offer support if I can’t amend something myself, and if I require you to change a few things on the site (at your hourly rate) is there usually a long wait?
Yes we do.
Turnaround time from the request for additional changes is maximum 5 working days. We work on a priority service level agreement, so if the issue is non-urgent, it will be added to our work order list, and actioned in due course.
